Raffles Singapore unveils new culinary concepts

Iconic hotel Raffles Singapore has unveiled its new line-up of dining experiences, including collaborations with a host of global celebrity chefs.

Alain Ducasse, Anne-Sophie Pic and Jereme Leung are bringing new dining concepts to enhance the famed 'Raffles Experience'.

Alain Ducasse will be presenting his first Mediterranean sharing and grill concept in the world, titled BBR by Alain Ducasse, in the hotel’s Bar & Billiard Room.

Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic will debut her entry into Asia with La Dame de Pic, Raffles Singapore located in the hotel's dining room at the Main Building.

MasterChef Jereme Leung returns home to Singapore with yì by Jereme Leung, a contemporary Chinese restaurant located on Level 3 at the newly restored Raffles Arcade.

“I could not dream of a better location than the landmark Raffles Singapore to bring the Ducasse restaurant experience for the first time to Singapore,” Ducasse said.

Raffles Singapore executive chef Pierre Burgade, who oversees the hotel's culinary portfolio, said it was an incredible privilege to be given the opportunity to update the hotel’s culinary signatures while also curating the line-up of celebrity chefs.

“The deliberate and careful curation of the new dining concepts aims to elevate Singapore's culinary landscape and makes our hotel an all-in-one gastronomic journey for guests and visitors alike,” he said.

The heritage hotel is now in its final phase of a careful and sensitive restoration and will remained fully closed for a reopening that is planned for the first quarter of 2019.
