Sebel Melbourne Malvern to open in November
AccorHotels has announced a new-build Sebel apartment-style hotel is to open in Melbourne’s Malvern in late November.
The Sebel Melbourne Malvern will feature 98 serviced apartment-style rooms spanning 17 floors, including 46 one-bedroom suites, 36 two-bedroom suites and four three-bedroom suites, all complete with full kitchen and laundry facilities.
The new hotel will feature an executive lounge, fitness centre, jacuzzi, and outdoor recreation terrace complete with BBQ facilities. The ground floor space is home to retailers and restaurants, leased to external operators.
“This is a strategic and significant new apartment hotel development for the inner-city suburb of Malvern which is currently experiencing a resurgence of ultra-modern new developments, due to its close proximity to Melbourne’s bustling CBD,” said Simon McGrath, chief operating officer, Pacific for AccorHotels.
