Diners served human flesh at restaurant in Bangkok

A quite meal turned into the stuff of nightmares for a group of vegetarian customers at a restaurant in Bangkok who found chunks of human meat in their noodles.

The diners called the authorities after finding meat in their noodles only to find out it was human flesh.

Investigators came upon a gruesome scene when they arrived at the eatery in Lat Krabang, finding a kitchen splattered with blood and human remains in the restaurant’s septic tank.

The owner had reportedly killed the elderly man, a customer at his restaurant, before cooking him up and then fleeing the scene. The 61-year-old victim had reportedly been bashed on the head and stabbed to death.

Quite why the murderous restaurateur then decided to cook him remains a mystery, but one theory goes he was looking for a way to dispose of the body.
