Merivale launches new private dining space in Woollahra
Merivale has launched a new event space in Sydney overlooking Centennial Park.
Converted from a former private residence, The Apartment at Hotel Centennial mimics the intimate mood of entertaining at home, with arched windows, high ceilings and private terrace. The space features a large boardroom, 75’’ plasma TV, three breakout rooms and in-house AV.
Hatted Hotel Centennial’s executive chef Ben Greeno oversees the bespoke menu shaped with a Mediterranean sensibility. The Apartment at Hotel Centennial accommodates up to 100 guests cocktail style.
