New dumpling diner on wheels to open in Fremantle
Former MasterChef contestant Brendan Pang is setting up a new dumpling venture for Fremantle in WA.
Pang has spent six months preparing the kitchen for Bumplings Perth, which will operate from a re-purposed Airstream travel trailer situated at Sunshine Harvester Works, a space for short-term stalls, events and workshops.
“Although Bumplings is the result of my ongoing obsession with dumplings, as well as many years of experiments and tasty discoveries in the kitchen, it is also the result of learning from my (grandmother) that making delicious food is all the more sweeter when shared with those around you,” he told PerthNow.
Pang will host soft openings each Friday throughout July.
