Totti’s spin off to open at Rozelle’s 3 Weeds pub

Merivale will open a spin-off of Totti’s at the 3 Weeds pub in Rozelle which it added to its portfolio in April.

Totti’s opened under former Pinbone chef Mike Eggert at The Royal Bondi, and was known for its casual Italian menu such as wood-fired bread, antipasto, and charcoal cooked proteins.

Merivale boss Justin Hemmes told Good Food they will lodge a development application shortly with plans to renovate the back of the pub as a restaurant and bar while retaining the pub.

No official opening date has been confirmed, but it’s anticipated the new venue will open by the end of the year.
