Brisbane to get a stylish new riverside restaurant

The City of Brisbane is set to enjoy a stylish new overwater bar and restaurant that will offer magnificent views of the Brisbane River and South Bank.

Will & Flow will be located in the Brisbane CBD above the Brisbane River.

It is Treasury Brisbane’s first off-site venue, outside of their George St casino and hotel complex.

Kelvin Dodt, Treasury Brisbane chief operating officer said, “It’s obviously part of the Queens Wharf redevelopment and part of the revitalisation of the area towards the Goodwill Bridge.

“It will give Brisbane a little taste of what’s to come with what The Star and Treasury will be delivering in a few years’ time.”

Will & Flow is named after the Goodwill Bridge and flow of the river. It will be open all day from Thursdays to Sundays, starting with a grab-and-go menu from 7am and progressing into lunch, dinner and drinks.

The menu is yet to be finalised yet, however executive chef Steven Jones will highlight local Queensland ingredients, with a focus on seafood.

Mr Dodt announced that it would be a great location for parties and events, with capacity of 70 standing patrons and that the design is being done by BSPN Architecture, “we gave them the brief that we want something fresh and modern and inviting and relaxed,” Dodt said.

In addition to parking and a taxi/ride sharing drop off zone nearby, guests can also pull up in their boat as the space boasts its own pontoon.

Will & Flow is due to open on November 20.
