Marriott Docklands just weeks away from grand opening

The new Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands is set to open in late June and this impressive hotel has a lot to offer, including a roof top bar and a heated  infinity pool.

It will be the only 5 start hotel in the suburb and will feature 189 luxury rooms and amazing views overlooking Port Phillip Bay and the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel.

Day passes will be available for people who don’t want to spend the night but still want to experience the luxuries this hotel has to offer.

The day passes cost $68 per person or $168 for a family of two adults and two children. The cost includes four hour entry to the rooftop pool and whirlpool as well as use of the sauna and high tech gym.

The rooftop bar, Sunset House, will offer finger food and signature cocktails with an expanded night time menu that will include shared plates like katsu sandos, duck jaffles and Moreton Bay Bug rolls.

Executive Chef David Albert, will head the elegant all day restaurant Archer’s featuring local ingredients and producers.

The meals will be bold and technique-driven.

For a more casual dining experience head over to Corsia, where St Ali coffee and breakfast awaits as well as Euro-leaning lunch dishes, wines and Italian-style desserts.

Cocktail lounge Ada is another highlight, named after the famous 1930’s mixologist who created the Savoy Hotel's famed Hanky Panky cocktail.

Hanky Panky will provide a range of chic bar snacks, new interpretations of classic cocktails and a large range of non-alcoholic styles.
