Small Business Commissioner Bill 2012

Restaurant & Catering New South Wales (R&C NSW) supports the NSW Government’s Small Business Commissioner Bill 2012 that will empower the Commission Ms Yasmin King to help small businesses.

R&C NSW supports the creation and empowerment of the Commissioner and believes will play a key part in understanding the issues for small business.

Mr John Hart, Chief Executive Officer of Restaurant & Catering says “the Bill deserves the support of the parliament and we encourage bipartisan support for the passing of the legislation that enable the Small Business Commissioner to act on behalf of small businesses”.

Mr Hart went on to add “the Association has been involved in the public consultation with the establishment of a NSW Small Business Commissioner and looks forward to working with Ms King on challenges facing the industry”.
