Fee renewal deadlines - Victoria

Liquor licensees who have not yet paid their 2013 renewal fees are urged to do so before 31 March 2013 to avoid possible enforcement action.

Annual renewal fees for liquor licensees are due on 1 January every year. Licensees who have not paid their renewal fees by 31 March and continue to supply alcohol will be doing so illegally and enforcement action may be initiated against them.

Details on how to pay renewal fees are outlined in the renewal notice sent to liquor licensees by the State Revenue Office in December 2012.

Licensees not wishing to renew their licences or permits for 2013 must notify of their intention to do so by lodging an application to Surrender a licence or permit (PDF, 276KB) .

For further enquiries on renewal fees please contact the VCGLR on 1300 182 457.
