Celebrity chef heads up Little Collins Street new restaurant

The new Imagine Lounge Bar & Dining, with New Zealand celebrity chef Martin Bosley as the executive head chef, opens at 353 Little Collins Street in Melbourne, on a new 10-year lease.

Mr Bosley will run the restaurant at a 450-square-metre basement space formerly occupied by the Sotto Restaurant.

Savills' Michael Di Carlo, Jeremy Marmur and Jock Thomson said the net annual rent is about $300 to $400 a square metre.

The owner of Imagine Lounge, Nindy Singh leased the space from a private investor.

Mr Bosley will bring his signature seafood menus to the restaurant in his first foray into the Australian market.
