Mersey Valley cheese has been made in Tasmania for over 35 years and one of Australia’s best loved Vintage club cheddars.

As well as the popular Original and Classic styles, Mersey Valley lovers are spoilt for choice when it comes to flavour because there are also 9 delicious flavoured varieties such as Cracked Peppercorn, Spring Onion and Sweet Chilli to experience.

Mersey Valley cheese also comes in spreadable form in a handy, resealable tub making it a convenient and tasty spread to keep in the fridge.

All are produced in Burnie, Tasmania by National Foods, one of Australia’s leading specialty cheese makers.

	Original Vintage 180g and 235g Mersey Valley Original is a rich, buttery cheese with a delicious ‘bite’. That unique Mersey Valley quality - crumbly and creamy all at once - makes it a very memorable cheese.
	Extra Tasty 180g Complete with that characteristic Mersey Valley crumble, the full flavour of Mersey Valley Extra Tasty has been developed for lovers of sharp vintage cheddar. So if you are after a cheese with real bite this is the one for you.
	Cracked Peppercorn 180g The touch of peppery spice in Mersey Valley Cracked Peppercorn makes it a cheese of great contrasts – creamy and bitey with the added zing of pepper. A very flavoursome cheese to cook with for sauces, stuffings and salads.
	Pickled Onion 180g and 235g That melt-in-the-mouth Mersey Valley bite combined with pickled onions gives this cheese a lively piquancy and really bold flavour.  Serve simply with sourdough bread, smoked meats and gherkins for a savoury treat.
	Sweet Chilli 235g Sweet and spicy, Mersey Valley Sweet Chilli combines the best of both worlds to produce a Vintage cheese with enhanced by sweet chilli flavour. Try it sprinkled on salads or over steak for a zesty flavour boost.

	Ploughmans 235g With a hearty blend of pickled onion and Vintage cheddar, Mersey Valley Ploughmans is a cheese that packs a punch when it comes to flavour. Serve it on a picnic platter with cold meats, salad vegetables and sourdough bread for a tasty lunch.
