Our range of classes are presented by trained cooks and demonstrators in a relaxed environment in our state of the art retail duck showroom at Port Melbourne. We also hold classes at various venues throughout Australia. We offer a welcoming drink on arrival, lots of duck tasting throughout the class and you take home a handful of duck recipes to try.
