Mossman Sugar Mill has been in operation since 1897 providing high quality pol refined raw sugar from the sugar cane fields of far north Queensland, north of Cairns, in the Daintree National Park area. The mill currently produces approximately 7 5,000 tonnes of raw sugar from a cane crop of 550,000 tonnes.
