Cairns Italian restaurant to get a boost from new management
The owner of French restaurant C’est Bon in Cairns has bought Italian restaurant Vivaldi’s.
Owner Nicolas Devic said the Italian eatery offered a different product but would benefit from new management.
Speaking to the Cairns Post, he said the restaurant has “lovely potential and a quirky aspect to it” but had been affected by “poor decisions lately”.
“It’ll have all the C’est Bon love, quality and management,” he said. “We are trying to boost and revive it — it is a lovely spot.”
Vivaldi’s restaurant manager will stay on after gaining some experience at C’est Bon.
