Bistro Manly opens at Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific
Bistro Manly has opened taking the place of Zali’s Restaurant at the front of Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific.
The new venue offers a French-inspired menu with a focus on local seafood.
Entrees include prawn bisque with blue swimmer crab, croutons and rouille and Sydney rock oysters with mains ranging from line-caught snapper with yuzu beurre blanc and confit tomatoes to confit duck leg with mushroom risotto.
Creme brulee with sable and fresh berries, apple tarte tatin and flourless chocolate cake are all on the menu for dessert.
Ryan Dawson has been appointed head chef with Toshi Ishihara taking on the role of sous chef.
The venue also offers a range of cocktails alongside French and Australian wines.
