Appellation's is SA's top rated restaurant
Appellation has been voted as South Australia’s highest- ranking restaurant.
The premium restaurant has been rated tow stars and three goblets by the Australian Gourmet Traveller magazine.
There were only nine restaurants in the country earning higher marks (three-stars) and Appellation was the only SA restaurant earning the two-star award, which the Guide declares: “Two-stars make an establishment a superior dining experience in all respects, worthy of a detour.”
This is the seventh year that Appellation has rated among the top 50 restaurants in Australia and makes Appellation the most consistently awarded restaurant in South Australia.
“We are naturally pleased to achieve this recognition,” Ryan Edwards, executive chef of Appellation said.
“The kitchen team here is incredibly focused on fresh locally-sourced supplies and implementing innovations that are showing through to guests.”
Earlier this month, Appellation was named for the sixth year in a row as the restaurant with the Best Wine List in South Australia at the Wine List of the Year Awards.
