Pumpkin, fetta and spinach pizza recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Mission Pizza Base
- 2 tbls tomato paste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbls extra virgin olive oil
- 120g pumpkin, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces
- 55g fetta, crumbled
- Small handful baby spinach leaves
Method:
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the pumpkin and toss through.
- In a pre-heated 180°C oven, place pumpkin on a lined baking tray and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until pumpkin is cooked through. Set aside.
- Increase oven temp to 210°C.
- Spread the pizza base evenly with tomato paste. Top with pumpkin, fetta, and mozzarella and bake for 10 minutes. Top with spinach leaves and serve.
