VEGEMITE Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 x 18- 20cm pita bread
  • 1 tablespoon VEGEMITE
  • 60g finely sliced or shredded smoked ham
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups Tasty Grated Natural Cheese  

 

Instructions

  • SPREAD each pita bread with VEGEMITE then sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Top with egg, ham, tomato and the remaining cheese.
  • BAKE in a hot oven 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
