It’s on! The industry’s most anticipated show opens this Sunday at ICC Sydney

Foodservice Australia 2018 will host more exhibitors than ever before at ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre for three days from Sunday 27 May.

This dynamic event will also feature world-class culinary competitions, two cutting edge conferences, and plenty of free demonstrations and workshops featuring some of the hottest chefs in Sydney.

“To stay profitable and grow your business it is crucial to keep ahead of food, equipment and management trends,” says Event Director Tim Collett. “Foodservice Australia is a live event that allows chefs, bakers, restaurateurs, café owners and caterers to literally taste the trends as they are being launched to market.”

Collett reveals that prominent suppliers exhibiting at the show this year include, Unox, Chobani, Monde Nissin, Nespresso, Comcater, Menulog, OpenTable, Stoddart, JL Lennard, FSM, FED, Robot Coupe, Mission Foods, Winterhalter, Bulla, Majors Group, Winterhalter, Parmalat, Fiat and Kounta, among many others.

“With over 300 exhibitors, visitors will be able to meet suppliers large and small – as well as the big names there are many small producers exhibiting for the first time,” he says. “They’ll also find beverage suppliers, furniture, technology, packaging and everything in between.”

Aimed at restaurateurs, caterers, hoteliers, café and quick service restaurant operators, Foodservice Australia is the only dedicated trade show for this vital sector.

“It is focused on the foodservice industry, which means everyone is talking the same language,” adds Collett.
