Golden Century to open new venue at The Exchange at Darling Square
Iconic Sydney Chinese restaurant Golden Century will open a 180-seat restaurant mid-2019 at The Exchange at Darling Square.
The as yet to be named restaurant will fronted by Billy Wong, the son of Golden Century owners Eric and Linda Wong.
Japanese architect Kengo Kuma is behind the circular six-storey landmark building taking shape on the site.
The Exchange will feature a state of the art City of Sydney library, a new childcare facility, a ground floor market food hall, mezzanine restaurant, and rooftop restaurant and bar.
