Stanmore’s Salisbury Hotel goes on the market
The Salisbury Hotel in Sydney’s inner west is up for sale following a major renovation.
Located on the main high street of Stanmore, The Salisbury has seen a huge bump in trade since 2012 due in no small part to the lock-out laws in the CBD that has seen punters head further afield for a night out.
The hotel underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation two years ago, but one that excluded its 22 accommodation rooms.
The owners have enlisted HTL Property’s Andrew Jolliffe and Dan Dragicevich to market the sale, with expressions of interest closing on October 4.
“The Salisbury Hotel presents an outstanding opportunity for the astute investor to purchase a substantial commercial property holding, with a reliable cash flow business and clear operational upside,” said Dragicevich.
