Spicers Guesthouse Hunter Valley set for November opening
Following an 18 month refurbishment Spicers Guesthouse Hunter Valley is open for bookings ahead of its November 1 opening.
Mark Whitnell has been appointed as general manager for the new look Spicers, which includes refurbished conference facilities, a large-scale gazebo for events, a private dining room and an updated design inspired by the surrounding mountain ranges and vineyards.
The NSW retreat will also feature Italian restaurant Éremo, led by executive chef Cameron Matthews who aims to create a twist on regional dishes.
“Having purchased this property two years ago, I am thrilled to finally unveil the first look at this charming retreat that pays homage to its roots as a meeting place for local wine maker,” said Spicers Retreats owner Jude Turner.
