Harrigan’s Irish Pub and River Lodge go on the market
Harrigan’s Irish Pub and adjacent River Lodge accommodation on the NSW mid-north coast has been put up for sale by owners the Roche family.
Around 300 kilometres north of Sydney, Harrington is a community in development, with around 400 residences in a housing estate, with another 350 still in construction.
The Harrington River Lodge Accommodation offers 21 studio apartments, including 13 ‘spa’ suites, as well as a function room, pool, a two-bedroom apartment, and combined with the pub recorded revenue of $3.1 million in the last financial year.
The two-level pub offers a main public bar, sports bar, waterfront restaurant and commercial kitchen, gaming room with six EGMs, Keno and TAB, The Snug, the Jordon lounge, the private lounge, Dolphin view room, function space, stunning grounds, waterside beer garden and jetty, and parking for over 150 vehicles.
