JRM Hospitality to launch new wine bar Saint George
JRM Hospitality is preparing to launch a new wine bar and eatery in Sydney called Saint George.
Set to open next month, the 120-square-metre restaurant will have capacity for 45 seated guests and includes a separate events space at the rear of the venue.
The new venue is the second instalment of the partnership between JRM Hospitality and +U Work Collective, a division of Veriu Hotels & Suites, following the launch of The Drawing Room at Veriu Central earlier this year.
James Metcalfe, chef and managing director at JRM Hospitality, says the new venue located on George Street, in Broadway, has been a number of years in the making.
