Skye Suites set to open in October
The serviced apartment component of Crown Group’s $250 million Arc development in Sydney’s CBD is set to open next month.
The “Skye Suites” adds to the Group’s growing apartment development pipeline following its first hotel in Parramatta in 2017, with the new venture featuring 73 serviced apartments among 179 residential apartments.
Marking the developer’s first serviced apartment offering, the Sydney CBD Skye Suites, located within the Koichi Takada-designed 25-storey Arc development, will open its doors for short- and long-stay guests in mid-October.
“This is an exciting project for Sydney as Arc by Crown Group will be the first collection of serviced apartments to redefine the west corridor of the city – tapping into the business and financial district of the CBD,” Crown Group director of hotels and suites Wayne Taranto said.
The second phase of the project will see the remaining residential suites, rooftop and retail precinct complete in November 2018.
