TheShout launches PubSales website

TheShout is proud to announce the launch of its new website, PubSales, for the interest and benefit of the hospitality trade.

This service has been developed in response to the overwhelming interest in news articles on movements within the pub real estate industry.

PubSales aims to be the central online destination for pubs currently on the market, and a marketing tool for the commercial real estate agents in this space.

Basic, standard notifications of pubs for sale will appear on the site, as well as Premium, functional listings containing greater detail, featured selling points and click-to-contact options.

Examples of recent newsworthy developments in the pub real estate sector include:
- the listing of Melbourne’s historic Mitre Tavern;
- the listing of Newtown’s band-centric Sando Hotel;
- the successful purchase by ALH of 28 NSW pub leaseholds; and
- the Laundy purchase of the Quarryman’s.

In coming months, additional functionality, information and content will be added to the site.
