Olive Branch Smoked Salmon dip: product recall

The NSW Food Authority advises:

Quality Food World Pty Ltd is recalling a batch of their smoked salmon dip sold in IGA, Harris Farm, independent supermarkets and green grocers in NSW and interstate.

The batch is being recalled because it contains egg without the required declaration on the label. Egg is an allergen for some people.

The recalled product is:

  • Olive Branch Smoked Salmon Dairy Free dip and/or spread in 200g plastic tub, with ‘best before’ date 01 NOV 12


The recall applies only to the above product and date.

Consumers with an allergy or intolerance to egg should not consume the product.

Consumers can return the product to the place of purchase for a refund.
