Revised plans for iconic site at The Entrance

New plans have been unveiled for a 350-million dollar waterfront development at The Entrance on the New South Wales Central Coast, including seven towers and a water park.

Terrigal Grosvenor Lodge has submitted a Planning Proposal for the well-known 'Klumper' site on The Entrance foreshore with Wyong Shire Council.

It features seven tower buildings ranging from 16 to 31 storeys, hundreds of residential and tourism apartments, a five-star international hotel and almost two-thousand car parking spaces.

The project is expected to create two-thousand construction jobs and a thousand permanent positions.

It is a revised multi-million dollar development proposal for the site.

The same developer was behind a similar plan, which was granted conditional approval by Council in 2009.

That complex consisted of six buildings of various heights, apartments, retail area, restaurants, cafes, childcare centre and an indoor amusement park.
