Hilton Sydney appoints new executive pastry chef

Hilton Sydney has appointed Michael 'Miko' Aspiras as executive pastry chef.

Aspiras began his career more than 12 years ago and was named “chef of the year” by Esquire Philippines in 2015.

He is already making his mark having launched his famous #BasqueBurntCheesecake in Caffe Cino which sold out in a day.

"I'm extremely excited to be part of Hilton Sydney's vibrant team and to share my drive and passion for desserts not only with my team members but with our guests and visitors from all over Australia,” said Aspiras.
