Dutton luxury car showroom is in the heart of the Forrest Hill precinct in South Yarra and investors will need more than $3 million if they want to buy the property. Dawkins Occhiuto is selling the premises at a realisation auction on August 30 at 1pm. The corner property is on the ground floor of the 9-11 Claremont Street development.

A landmark hotel in the heart of Warragul is one of the properties up for grabs at Burgess Rawson's next commercial property auction. The 2992 sq m property, zoned Business 1, has a drive-through bottle shop and a five-year lease plus options at a rental of $127,899. The auction will take place at Crown Casino on Wednesday, August 8, at 11am. Also going under the hammer are the Caltex service station at nearby Trafalgar, a Red Rooster restaurant in Colac, Hungry Jack's outlets in Wangaratta and at Corio in Geelong, a Nando's site in Bentleigh East, a Shell service station at Carrum Downs, an Australia Post outlet in Mooroolbark, and a shop at 373 King Street in the CBD.

Three partly built, two-storey waterfront homes and three 12-metre marina berths in Martha Cove on the Mornington Peninsula are on the market. Sutherland Farrelly in conjunction with Jacobs & Lowe-Bennetts have been appointed by Rodgers Reidy Chartered Accountants (agents for the mortgagee) to sell the properties. The mortgagee's expressions-of-interest campaign closes on Thursday, August 9, at 3pm. Marina berths 46, 48 and 49 are expected to sell for $175,000 to $200,000 each, while 9, 11 and 13 Clipper Quay, Safety Beach, are tipped to sell for $550,000 to $650,000 each.

Savills Australia is marketing for lease an A-grade industrial space with a modern industrial design in Port Melbourne. The 60 Bertie Street property is a building of 4395 sq m.

Savills is also marketing a development site at Windsor. The property will be sold by expressions of interest closing Thursday, August 9, at 2pm, and is expected to fetch more than $3 million. Located at 44-48 Punt Road, the 916 sq m corner allotment is zoned Business 2, which would allow apartments.

Gorman Commercial will auction suite 3.01, 737 Burwood Road in Hawthorn East this Friday at noon on site. The property is securely leased up to August next year to a well-established recruitment business with a further two-year option. This modern 94 sq m office is in the Pacific Tower building. The estimated price is low-$400,000s.

In Richmond, Kliger Wood Real Estate will auction the retail shop with a second level above at 354 Bridge Road on site on Friday, August 17, at 1pm. The property, immediately before the Coppin Street junction, is expected to fetch about $700,000.

Under instructions from Melbourne Water, Andrew Greenway and Alex Ham of Gross Waddell are selling 629-637 Bell Street and 80 Mitchell Parade, Pascoe Vale South, by expressions of interest closing on Friday, August 10, at 4pm. The site is 3758 sq m over six separate titles, to be sold as one, featuring a 76-metre frontage to Bell Street and a second frontage to Mitchell Parade. The land is zoned Residential 1.

Further east, GormanKelly is auctioning 539 and 539A Middleborough Road, Box Hill North. With a total building area of 157 sq m and zoned Business 1, the property is two shops on one title with long leases to long-standing tenants. The auction is on Wednesday, August 22, at noon.

Gorman Commercial is selling 49 Erin Street in Richmond under bank instructions on August 15 at noon on site. The property, opposite the Epworth Hospital, is a charming double-fronted Victorian building with seven main rooms. Expected selling price is more than $2.2 million.
