Second AC Hotels by Marriott property to open in Ringwood
Marriott International has signed its second AC Hotel by Marriott in Melbourne’s Ringwood.
The 200-room new build hotel will be developed by Melbourne-based Sunstone Projects. Slated to open in 2024, it marks the second signed AC Hotels by Marriott hotel in Australia, following the signing of AC Hotel by Marriott Melbourne, Southbank in 2018.

“The AC Hotels by Marriott brand is renowned globally for its refined approach to design and its European-inspired touches, and we know it will be an exciting addition to the East End development and Ringwood area.”
AC Hotel by Marriott Melbourne, Ringwood will offer three meeting venues spanning a total of 354 square metres. A casual all-day-dining restaurant offering a menu with European and Spanish flair will also be on offer. Adjoining the restaurant will be a bar offering food and drinks throughout the day, while a grab-and-go store will provide guests with refreshments at all hours. Other amenities will include an indoor heated pool and gym.
