Avani set to open in Adelaide in October
Avani Hotels & Resorts is set to officially open its first South Australian property this month on Franklin Street.
Avani Adelaide Residences will offer 76 studios and one-, two- and three-bedroomed suites, each with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Avani Adelaide Residences also includes a heated pool, cinema, library, and gym with steam room and sauna. The rooftop terrace lounge area features an outdoor barbecue.
Dining venue EDESIA features a menu built around locally sourced ingredients and produce.
