The Bavarian Manly refurb to include new al fresco space

The Bavarian Manly has closed as it undergoes a $1 million renovation.

When it reopens in around two weeks it will include a new 200-seat landscaped al fresco area along with a newly modernised look.

“It is one of the busiest of The Bavarian family and it is also one of the oldest, so it is well overdue a facelift,” Rockpool Dining Group CEO Thomas Pash told the Daily Telegraph.

Having opened in 2005, the venue is being brought in line with the rest of the portfolio, according to Pash.

The new look will feature stone walls, alpine timber finishes and communal wood tables, in addition to ceiling bi-fold doors will look out onto a large, waterfront, al fresco dining space,

“We also felt compelled to complete the work ahead of summer, so our guests can make the most of a fabulous new deck and stunning water views,” said Pash.
