Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails opens in The Adnate
Accor and sbe Entertainment Group have now opened their second venue in Australia with Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails, residing at the all-new Art Series hotel, The Adnate in Perth’s CBD.
Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails features an outdoor pool, sun loungers and DJ decks. Bi-fold doors open up to the leafy pool deck creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space.
Dishes like chicken marbella, green olives, prunes and caper berries or porterhouse, blackened rakidry-aged and lemon feature on the Mediterranean inspired menu.
The cocktail menu has been designed by Australia’s most awarded bartender, Tim Philips from Sweet & Chili.
“Every cocktail should come with a story that brings all you senses together and this is what you will find at Hyde,” said Philips.
