Stanley on track to open at HSW by the weekend
Cantonese-Chinese fusion restaurant Stanley will open at Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves before the end of the week, marking the first of two restaurants scheduled to open within the precinct over the next month

“They’ll go down to the wire, but they’re determined to be opened on the 1st,” he told the Courier Mail.
“My experience is the last 24 hours in a restaurant opening, a lot changes.”
Louis Tikaram is returning from Los Angeles to head up the kitchen.
Japanese restaurant Yoko is also slated to open within the next few weeks, while Felons Brewery recently opened a new rooftop dining space to cater to demand.
