Facilimate Hotels expands in WA with new acquisition in Newman
Facilimate have grown their Australian hotel portfolio to seven, after purchasing The Seasons Newman Hotel in Western Australia.
Located 1000km North of Perth on the Great Northern Highway, Seasons Hotel Newman has 89 accommodation rooms, with a restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool, conference facilities and guest parking.
“Securing attractively priced hotels in key cities and regions with strong demand for corporate and leisure travel allows our team to execute our distinctive refurbishment and centralised sales, marketing and revenue strategy,” said Facilimate managing director Stephen Lauder.
“Each hotel is then reintroduced to the market in a favourable position for the benefit of our guests and investors.”
Seller Stephen Grace has owned and operated the hotel for close to 20 years, with the sale negotiated by CBRE Hotels Ryan McGinnity and Chloe Mason.
