The Star Sydney sees new venues in dining revamp

The Star Sydney is revamping its dining offering with a new dessert bar set to open soon.

The team behind the Flying Fish restaurant will open Baraki, a Greek dessert bar that will occupy the site formerly used by Adriano Zumbo outside the Sydney Lyric Theatre.

Black executive chef Dany Karam will oversee the menu at Middle Eastern-inspired Bar Tikram, which will open in March in the space where Stefano Manfredi's Pizzaperta traded on Pirrama Road. The drinks menu will be overseen by bar manager Behzad Nvaziri.
