Kingaroy's Commercial Hotel sells in off market sale
The Commercial Hotel in the Queensland town of Kingaroy has sold in an off-market deal.
Owned by Underdog Hotels for a decade, the sale of the popular hotel was managed by Leon Alaban of Savills hotels.
The hotel is situated about 210km north-west of Brisbane and benefits from the expansion of a number of nearby mining operations.
The hotel’s facilities include a public bar, pub TAB, gaming room, beer garden, function room, drive through bottle shop and 10 hotel rooms.
