Each unit features an insulated tank with double skin stainless steel construction and a 90mm deep cold plate well with cross fin coil over, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Woodson also offers a range of square and straight glass hot food displays, as well as pie warmers and roasted meat displays, perfect for carveries and take away stores. These displays hold cooked product at food safe temperatures while ensuring product doesn’t dry out and looks its best.
