A new 321-room hotel at Sydney Airport will create a hotel precinct when it opens in 2024. 

The new build hotel, which is expected to be divided between two hotel brands, will be located next to the Ibis and Mantra in a newly-designated hotel precinct near the domestic terminals. 

The combined room count for the new precinct will total 734. 

The latest announcement follows news that Marriott’s Moxy brand will also land at the airport in early 2023 on Baxter Road. 

The Moxy hotel will offer 301 rooms under the brand ethos “playful, affordable, and stylish”.
