Fraser Strikes Again for HTL's Third Sale Announcement in 2022

Highly regarded hotelier Fraser Short has moved swiftly to acquire a second Windsor hospitality business – Tates Hotel.

Short, is the owner of The Farm at Byron Bay and The Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel on Sydney Harbour and noperates a number of venues across NSW.

The Tate Hotel acquisition, exclusively managed by HTL Property Directors Blake Edwards and Sam Handy, closely follows the announcement of Short's purchase of the nearby Fitzroy Hotel; also sold by HTL.

Recently, Short also purchased one of Australia’s oldest and most beautiful regional properties, The Sir George in Jugiong, further expanding his portfolio of diverse and iconic hospitality venues.

"Areas such as Windsor and Richmond in Sydney's North-West; as well as the growth corridor to the South-West of the city are popular with investors looking to apply huddle investment strategies where geographical synergies can be enjoyed" advised HTL Property Director, Sam Handy.

The announcement of the sale of Tates Hotel in Windsor is HTL Property's third sale announcement for 2022 already and follows the specialist firm's commanding 72% market share for Sydney freehold hotels in 2021.
