Manu Feildel, Adrian Richardson and Colin Fassnidge joins foodie extravaganza


Sheraton will bring together some of Australia’s most inspiring chefs to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience over three incredible locations. Kicking off from February, Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast will become home to a series of innovative culinary events, led by Sheraton. 

The team at Sheraton have also brought together three of Australia’s favourite chefs: Manu Feildel (My Kitchen Rules), Adrian Richardson (Good Chef Bad Chef), and Colin Fassnidge (My Kitchen Rules), to oversee Sheraton chefs and add final touches to a delicious feast across the three cities.

Widely known for their decadent signature buffets, the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, Sheraton Melbourne Hotel and Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast will be putting on the ultimate spread with a strong sense of community. From Sydney’s Cathedral Square, to the lush garden surrounds that mark Sheraton Melbourne’s home at the Paris-end of the city and the YOT Club Super Yacht the series of events will showcase Australia’s melting pot of cultures, where guests will be invited to indulge in a myriad of flavours from both land and sea.

For one afternoon only, Taste of Sheraton comes to life in Sydney with an exquisite open-air communal table dining affair at St Mary’s Cathedral Square. St Mary's open forecourt will be transformed into a provincial dining experience; expect rustic long tables, talks from Australia's favourite chefs, stunning grazing station, exquisite main course, and artistic desserts. Sheraton Melbourne


The Taste of Sheraton is coming to the culinary heart of Melbourne. Set against the silhouette of this iconic city, guests will enjoy a languid garden gathering and unforgettable long lunch in the Treasury Gardens curated by celebrity chefs. Sheraton Grand Mirage, Gold Coast


Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast will be inviting guests to indulge in a unique gastronomic experience as they set sail on the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater. Set aboard the World’s first Super Yacht Entertainment venue – The YOT CLUB, guests will join celebrity chefs for an afternoon full of flavour, fine wine, and finesse. Set to impress and tantalise the tastebuds, Adrian will kick off the feast with his Gold Coast inspired Spanner Crab Spaghetti, followed by Colin’s NSW inspired Porchetta with a Watermelon Fennel and Pea Salad. It’s never a feast without dessert, Manu comes to the table with his Port Douglas inspired Almond Blancmange with Tropical Fruit Salad.
