Royal Albert Hotel Offered to Market

The Royal Albert Hotel in Surry Hills has been brought to market at a time when inner-city hotel stock continues to be both highly sought after and tightly held.

The long-term freehold owners have restapled the leasehold interest with the tenants, and are now offering the hotel to market as a freehold going concern.

HTL Property’s Blake Edwards and Sam Handy have been exclusively appointed to offer the hotel to market following some of their recent inner city hotel sales, including the Bat and Ball Hotel (Surry Hills), Hotel Hollywood (Surry Hills), Woolpack Hotel (Redfern) and O'Malleys Hotel (Kings Cross).
