McLaren Vale Resort to add five star luxury to the famous wine region

Famous Australian wine region, McLaren Vale will welcome a five-star luxury resort to open in 2026.

McLaren Vale Resort will be a two-storey hotel, with 124 rooms and separate stand-alone suites. It will also feature an opulent 100-seat fine dining restaurant with vineyard views and lap pool encased with towering sandstone walls with an elongated lounge area with cabanas and daybeds.

“The McLaren Vale Resort will be Adelaide’s only destination resort facility,” Guava Lime architects stated.

Guava Lime is working with Loucas Zahos Architects to bring the luxury to life.

The resort will span almost eight hectares and will be neat to Bekkers Wine, Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards and White Hill Estate.

The hotel could also feature an event centre for 250 guests, a wellness centre and sauna and gym if plans are approved.

Premium hotel group, Lancemore, is behind the resort, which will add to its seven boutique hotels around Australia.

Construction will start in January 2024 and is expected to be completed by January 2026.
