Bite into a new Easter tradition with Tarts Anon's whimsical limited edition tarts

Melbourne's favourite cult tart shop is shaking up Easter traditions with the introduction of their new limited edition tarts. 

Easter Egg tart: A delicate tart shell filled with moist almond cake... but the real surprise lies within – a meticulously crafted egg shell made of white chocolate, filled with creamy brown butter mousse representing the egg white and luscious apricot fluid gel for the yolk. Resting on a decadent milk chocolate and biscuit base, this masterpiece is then delicately nestled in a charming nest of honey, candied cocoa nibs and kataifi.

Hot Cross Bun tart: Inspired by the beloved hot cross bun, behold a rich cake batter infused with dried citrus peel, aromatic spices, and plump raisins soaked in a blend of orange juice and brandy, all nestled within a buttery shortcrust tart shell. Once baked to perfection, a luscious brown butter glaze is delicately spread over the top, adding a glossy finish, reminiscent of a generous lashing of butter atop a toasted hot cross bun. To complete the experience, a delicate cross made of creamy white chocolate is elegantly melted onto the surface.

 
The Easter Egg Tart will be available until stocks last from the Cremorne location only (due to the intricate nature of the dessert it is difficult to transport).
