Four Seasons Hotel Sydney ranked as best hotel in Australia and NZ
Four Seasons Hotel Sydney has been ranked #1 on the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards 2024 list of Top City Hotels in Australia and New Zealand.
The hotel has bettered its 2023 performance, in which it was ranked #2 ranking for Top City Hotels in Australia.
“This prestigious award from Travel + Leisure, naming us the 2024 Top City Hotel in Australia and New Zealand, is a testament to the exceptional standards of service that define the Four Seasons experience. The awards are an industry-wide benchmark achievement and act as a trusted source of inspiration for discerning travellers.
The hotel, which is widely recognised as Sydney’s premier-located luxury hotel, sets high standards in service and experience.
It is the only property returning from the 2023 list.
Located just steps from the city's famous waterfront, one survey respondent mentioned “spectacular views of the Harbor and Opera House” from their guest room windows. Nearby, The Rocks and Circular Quay offer plenty to explore, and for those looking to venture further, the hotel provides guided tours. Guests can visit Aboriginal heritage sites like Uluru or the opal-mining town of Lightning Ridge. Alternatively, they can hop on a seaplane to Cottage Point Inn, a secluded restaurant north of the city, renowned for its tasting menu and Australia-heavy wine list.
