Global tea specialists Dilmah has launched its first ever ‘t‐house’ in Australia – a boutique retail and dining experience located in the heart of the Gold Coast. A stunning fusion of traditional tea customs and ultra‐modern tastes, it’s fast becoming a culinary and travel hot spot.
Located at Harbourside Market, the Gold Coast’s gourmet dining precinct, t‐house provides customers the opportunity to taste and purchase a huge range of different flavours from the unique Dilmah t‐series range, usually reserved for the world’s most exclusive hotels and restaurants.
The t‐series teas are handpicked and selected for their excellence and can be enjoyed piping hot or chilled over ice. Using traditional brewing techniques refined over hundreds of years, t‐house aims to give each customer an exceptional experience and a fresh appreciation for tea.
The new concept also showcases the versatility of this natural product through a tea‐infused food (tea gastronomy) and beverage (tea mixology) menu. Summer cocktails, mocktails and t‐shots all feature on the menu, as well as sumptuous lunches and elegant High Teas. t‐house specialties include Petit High Tea’s – high tea for one and private tea tastings of Dilmah’s signature teas.

Unique dishes such as Green Tea steamed tiger prawns presented on a bed of baby greens & fennel, as well as a cinnamon tea‐spiced bread & butter pudding served with cream anglaise make t‐house a haven for foodies, tea‐lovers and travellers looking to try something new.
