CalciYUM Yoghurt: product recall

The NSW Food Authority advises:

Fonterra Brands Australia has recalled batches of its CalciYUM yoghurt in Coles, Woolworths and independent supermarkets in NSW and other states due to a potential choking hazard (the weakened plastic on top of the cap may break off).

The affected products are:

• CalciYUM Strawberry Yoghurt (Disney Princess) in 70g flexible pouch
• CalciYUM Vanilla Yoghurt (Ben 10) in 70g flexible pouch
• CalciYUM Vanilla Yoghurt (Toy Story) in 70g flexible pouch
• CalciYUM Strawberry Yoghurt (Cars) in 70g flexible pouch
• CalciYUM Tropical Yoghurt (Mickey and Minnie) in 70g flexible pouch
• CalciYUM Banana Yoghurt (Wiggles) in 70g flexible pouch

The recall only applies to the above products, with all ‘best before’ dates up to and including 11 MAR 2013.

Consumers should not break the seal of these products or give the unopened product to children.

Consumers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
