An exciting introduction to the world of cocktails, providing a practical foundation in
the mechanics of mixology and cocktail preparation at work and home. You learn methods of cocktail preparation, building a drink, stirring, shaking, layering, muddling, straining, smashing...oh and drinking. You will prepare and make a range of classic and contemporary cocktails including: Collins, Sours, Mojitos, Martinis etc. A fun afternoon for everyone involved.

We'll teach you all you need to know, such as:

- Different Cocktail Styles -- muddling, shaking, blending and building!
- Important knowledge about mixing, creating, garnishing,and tasting your cocktail!
- Different types of mixers, spirits, and alcohol.
- How to make all of the famous cocktails served at the bar!
- Learn using REAL alcohol and taste your drink

Upon Cocktail Skills Training Completion: 
On successful completion, participants receive Internationally Recognised Certificate in "Cocktail Mixology" accredited by Australian Bartenders Guild and International Bartenders Association Certificate. Certificates are issued same day!


What to bring to the Cocktail Training Course:
